As a licensed residential general contractor (B-3), our fee covers:

  • Trade coordination

  • Scope control

  • Scheduling and sequencing

  • Permit management (when required)

  • Inspection coordination

  • Jobsite protection

  • Communication and documentation

  • Quality oversight

For Founding Homeowner Projects, that GC fee is reduced by 50%.
