With that said, our experience is not new. We started this company because our experience in the trades taught us that clients deserve better.

Through June 2026, we’re offering a limited number of Founding Homeowner Projects where our Contractor Fee is reduced by half.

What this actually means.

As a licensed residential general contractor (B-3), our fee covers:

  • Self-performing certain components of the project when it makes sense (trim carpentry, framing, cabinet installation, etc.)

  • Trade coordination

  • Scope control

  • Scheduling and sequencing

  • Permit management (when required)

  • Inspection coordination

  • Jobsite protection

  • Communication and documentation

  • Quality oversight

For Founding Homeowner Projects, that Contractor Fee is reduced by 50%.

  • Document finished projects professionally

  • Licensed, insured, and bonded

  • High-quality finished product and craftsmanship from our team and great partners

  • Permit compliance when required

  • Dust containment and site protection

  • Written change orders
