Through June 2026, we’re offering a limited number of Founding Homeowner Projects where our Contractor Fee is reduced by half.
What this actually means.
As a licensed residential general contractor (B-3), our fee covers:
Self-performing certain components of the project when it makes sense (trim carpentry, framing, cabinet installation, etc.)
Trade coordination
Scope control
Scheduling and sequencing
Permit management (when required)
Inspection coordination
Jobsite protection
Communication and documentation
Quality oversight
For Founding Homeowner Projects, that Contractor Fee is reduced by 50%.
