CLIENT-CENTERED
TUCSON HOME REMODELER
You deserve a good steward. Choose a Tucson remodeler you can trust.
You deserve a stress-free remodeling experience.
Most remodel stress comes from three things: unclear scope, surprise costs, and not knowing what happens next.
We act as your advocate by protecting your home, your budget, and your peace of mind with a disciplined process.
A disciplined process that protects your home, your budget, and your peace of mind.
-
We start with an in-home consult to understand your goals, take measurements, talk rough numbers, and most importantly, discover whether we are a great fit for the project.
P.S. even if we are not a great fit, we likely know someone who is, and would be happy to refer you. -
We turn your ideas into a build-ready plan. We confirm material selections (with our team or alongside your interior designer), then map the planning and permit path needed to move forward.
Next, we build a highly transparent, line-item scope and a guaranteed-max proposal for the defined scope. We walk you through it so you know exactly what’s included, what it costs, and what comes next.
-
After signing the proposal, before we start construction, we collect the initial deposit, set the calendar in stone, and get materials on hand.
-
We protect the home, manage subs and inspections, do milestone reviews, provide daily updates, give you a client portal where you can track everything, and use written change orders only.
P.S. if change orders are related to anything that we missed in our initial scope, that’s billed at-cost to you. If it truly involves new scope, we will go through the estimating process again. -
We like to finish strong. To close out the project, we complete an internal punch list, client punch list, deep clean with pro cleaners, final walkthrough, and then your final invoice. To cap this all off, we also complete a one-year check-in with The Steward’s Promise.
The services that our team specializes in.

What makes us good stewards?
-
We are licensed, insured, and bonded.
Most homeowners assume this is automatic, but it isn’t. Being licensed, insured, and bonded means you’re not taking on unnecessary risk if something goes wrong on your property.
-
We obtain all necessary permits.
Permits aren’t paperwork for the sake of it; they protect your safety and your resale value. Unpermitted work can create problems later with insurance claims, future renovations, and selling the home.
-
We excel in dust and site protection.
If you’ve lived through a remodel, you know dust can take over your whole house fast. The goal is a cleaner jobsite through HEPA filtration, less disruption, and a home you can often still live in while work is happening.
-
We provide transparent line-item proposals.
We don’t do vague bids. You’ll see a plain-English, line-item scope that shows what you’re paying for. We’re even clear about what we expect to earn, because you should be able to see the value.
-
We are constantly communicating.
You shouldn’t have to chase updates. We keep you in the loop through JobTread, plus text, email, and calls (whatever you prefer) so you always know what’s happening next.
-
We offer our Steward's Promise.
We stand behind our work with a lifetime workmanship guarantee. If a product we ordered is defective, we’ll help coordinate the manufacturer replacement and the repair plan.
Our pricing is totally transparent.
You’ll see exactly what everything costs, and we’ll be transparent about what we expect to make as a company. You should never be asked to pay for something you don’t understand.

Common questions Tucson homeowners ask before remodeling.
-
It depends on the scope: layout changes, cabinetry level, countertops, and how far plumbing/electrical moves. We price with a line-item scope so you can see where the money goes and choose options that fit your budget.
Generally speaking, kitchen remodels average between $30K-$150K+, depending on scope, size, and finishes. -
Timeline depends on complexity (simple refresh vs. moving plumbing, custom tile, or layout changes). We build a schedule during planning and keep you updated weekly so you always know what’s next.
Generally speaking, for a small bathroom like a powder bath, it can take two (2) weeks up to three (3) months for very complex primary bath renovations.
-
It is completely dependent on the scope, but permitting is necessary when you do things like move plumbing, electrical, walls, windows/doors, convert non-livable to livable, or change structural elements. We’ll tell you clearly what’s required and handle the permit path when needed.
-
Often yes, depending on the rooms affected. We plan phases and use dust control and site protection to reduce disruption, then we’ll be honest about what’s realistic for your project.
-
The biggest cause is unclear scope. The second is changes made midstream without clear pricing. We prevent both with a detailed scope, options when needed, and written change orders only.
-
No problem, changes happen. If it’s outside the agreed scope, we price it clearly, put it in writing, and get approval before moving forward.
