Minimum requirements to work with Good Steward.
To protect homeowners and keep projects clean, we require the basics.
Please be ready to provide:
Active ROC license information
Proof of insurance (COI) with appropriate coverage
General liability
Workers’ compensation (when you have employees)
W-9
Standard paperwork for vendor onboarding
A primary point of contact for scheduling + invoicing
